Terms of Use – Pulse Media Player

Last Updated: 14 August 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Pulse Media Player application and related online services (the “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) on platforms such as iOS, Android, and Android TV.

By creating an account, signing in, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who we are / what the App is

Pulse Media Player is a media player and account / library management platform. It lets you create an account, connect playlists you already have (for example M3U or Xtream Codes–compatible sources), browse Live / Movies / Series metadata from those sources, and play streams from sources you choose.

Pulse Media Player is not an IPTV service and does not provide, sell, license, or distribute live TV, movies, series, or any other audiovisual content. We have no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or other connection with any third-party IPTV or content provider.

Any playlist, URL, credential, or stream you connect is chosen and supplied entirely by you. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not operate or own them.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the App.

You are responsible for:

We may require email verification, two-factor verification, or device confirmation. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

You may delete your account in the App (Settings / account area). After you confirm deletion, we delete or anonymize associated account data within 30 days, except limited records we must retain for legal, security, or accounting reasons. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

3. Playlists and your content responsibility

When you add a playlist you may submit names, M3U URLs or file content, and/or Xtream Codes–compatible host, port, username, and password.

You represent and warrant that:

You are solely responsible for the playlists and sources you connect and for any claims arising from them. Pulse does not review, endorse, or guarantee third-party catalogs or streams.

If we receive a valid notice or reasonably believe a connected source is unlawful, we may remove the playlist from our systems, restrict the account, or terminate access, without providing replacement content (we have none to give).

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

We may apply rate limits, device binding, and request signing to protect the service.

5. Free and Premium; subscriptions and payments

The App may be used with a Free account subject to server-enforced limits (for example number of playlists, signed-in devices, concurrent streams, advertising, and some player / sync features). Limits can change; the App shows the limits that apply to your account.

Pulse Premium is an optional paid upgrade for Pulse app features (for example fewer ads, higher device / playlist / stream limits, cinema player controls, and fuller cloud sync). Premium does not sell or unlock TV channels, movies, or series. Content still comes only from playlists you connect.

Current paid plans (identifiers may appear in the store as Pulse Premium):

Payment is processed by Apple App Store and/or Google Play under their terms. We do not collect or store your card number. We receive entitlement status (for example whether the account is Premium) so we can unlock paid Pulse features. We may use a subscription entitlement provider (for example RevenueCat) with a non-email app user id (for example pulseplayer:{userId}).

Purchases are available in the iOS / Android phone or tablet App. Television builds consume the same Pulse account entitlement; they do not start a new store purchase.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown by the store at that time.
  • You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account subscription settings.
  • After you cancel, Premium remains available until the end of the paid period.
  • A Restore Purchases control is provided in the App so you can recover an existing purchase on a new or reinstalled device after signing in.

Store prices are shown by Apple / Google at the time of purchase and may vary by country and tax. The App must not display a stale or foreign-currency placeholder as if it were the charged price when the store price is available.

Refunds, billing disputes, and family-sharing rules are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

6. Advertising

Free accounts may see ads, including Google IMA (VAST) and/or house creatives, according to server-side ad policy. Ad partners have their own terms and privacy policies. Premium may disable ads where the entitlement says ads-free.

7. Devices and usage limits

The App registers a device identifier so we can secure requests, show your devices, support TV QR / code login, and let you revoke a device.

We may enforce maximum signed-in devices and concurrent streams per account. Exceeding a limit may block playback or require you to sign out another device. Revoking a device or resetting devices is available in the App where implemented.

8. Intellectual property

The App, name, logos, UI, and our software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own lawful use, not a sale of the software.

Playlists, credentials, and streams you connect remain subject to the rights of their owners. You grant us a limited license to process that data only as needed to provide the library, sync, and playback features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

The App may depend on:

Those services are not under our control. Their unavailability or their terms may affect the App. We are not liable for third-party content or outages.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that playback will be uninterrupted, that a third-party playlist will work, or that streams will be lawful or available in your country.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR FROM PLAYLISTS YOU CONNECT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR PULSE PREMIUM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF NONE, EUR 50 OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT THAT MANDATORY LAW REQUIRES).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law (including, where applicable, liability for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue the service we will try to give reasonable notice where practicable. Store-subscription cancellation remains your responsibility in Apple / Google settings.

13. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). See the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last Updated” date on this page. If a change is material, we may also notify you in the App or by email where we have an address. Continued use after the update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply if they cannot be waived.

Courts of İstanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory right you have to sue in your country of residence.
